We aim to dispatch parcels within 1-2 business days. We use Royal Mail and DHL for deliveries and delivery charges are based on the weight (including packaging) and the destination (unless you qualify for free delivery).

Tracking information will be sent automatically once the parcel has been dispatched.

IF YOUR PARCEL ARRIVES DAMAGED - PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT IT. If you do, and find a problem after accepting parcel, please take photos and contact us through our contact form to let us know there has been a problem WITHIN 48 HOURS.
